To combat sweat there are many products on the market that have a lot of publicity. However, many times this does not guarantee that they are effective.

You can prepare an infusion with a liter of boiling water and 5 tablespoons of the chopped oak bark. Once the mixture has boiled, let it sit for 2 hours before using it. This infusion is a very effective underarm toner.

Another way to take advantage of this infusion is to place it in an ice cube mold. Then take it to freeze to form small cubes that we can then rub in the armpits easily.
