Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons of honey (90 g).

- 1/2 glass of water (100 ml).
- A pinch of cayenne pepper.
- 3 eucalyptus leaves.
Preparation
- First, heat the half glass of water in a kettle
- Then add the eucalyptus leaves for the decoction.
- Then, include a pinch of cayenne pepper and ground turmeric.
- Once it has come to a boil, turn off the heat
- Then add the honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Mix well. It should not be too thick.
- Then strain the decongestant to remove pieces of the eucalyptus leaves
- Finally, take it warm in a dose of 2 tablespoons during the day and 2 before going to sleep. Children only 1 tablespoon, morning and evening.
- This remedy can last in the refrigerator for about 2 days.
