Recipe 1. Citrus jam with honey
Ingredients:
2 large oranges
3 or 4 tangerines
200 ml of water
400 g of honey
Cinnamon stick

First of all, we make sure to clean the fruits very well .
Then, we peel the mandarins and oranges and reserve the peel of the oranges.
Next, we cut the fruits into small pieces.
Then, in a pot, we put the oranges and tangerines together with the orange peel and its juices and add the water. We boil it all for about an hour.
Later, we remove the shells and beat everything in the blender until a homogeneous texture without lumps is left.
