Let Life Flow

Life flows, but sometimes we try to grasp it tightly so that we can control it and make it go the path that, in a vain attempt, we dictate to it. When something unforeseen, something unexpected arises, we are unjust and we rebel against it.

We put all the blame on him with phrases like “what have I done to deserve this?” and we become victims of something to which we had certain expectations. In this article we give you some keys to overcome this.

Let life flow

Although it may be complicated, the truth is that there are certain things that we can take into account to let life flow. Keep them in mind:

Life does not require orders, but trust in it

As we well know, expectations can be detrimental to our mood. Most of the time they are not fulfilled, so we fall into defeatism and a feeling of disappointment and failure that can take us to the bottom.

Wanting to control life is nonsense. However, it seems that it is a way of acting on our part almost by inertia. When everything is going well, great. However, when things go wrong, we start playing the victims, instead of pulling out our claws and emboldening ourselves to overcome what is coming our way.

Life is not easy. We have the mistaken belief that to be happy everything must go well for us, however, isn’t that a bit greedy?

Everything is made up of good moments and bad moments. Both are useful for something, although some make us feel much better than others. However, it must be said that sometimes this is a matter of perspective.

Failure as an opportunity

A failure does not have to make us give up our attempts to carry out something that we are very excited about. Far from that, it can be an opportunity to improve, to mature and to learn from everything that we have not done well.

Similarly,  a toxic relationship is not a reason to reject love and give it up. It can be an opportunity to learn to be more selective and to remove the blindfold, the result of our expectations, as soon as possible.

Don’t swim against the current, flow with life

Are you going to keep banging your head against the wall when life tells you “not around here”? Do not victimize yourself in a situation, because perhaps what you are being told is to set off in another direction.

Stop blaming other people for how much they make you suffer.  Perhaps it is you who is allowing it. Who is not able to cut relationships and get away from those who do not suit him.

You live your life on automatic pilot, so you are not able to capture everything that she tells you with each step you take. She gives you the precise indications, even if they are not accepted in the best way by you. But he gives them to you, so open your eyes because there they are.

We strive for relationships that are not worth it, we fill ourselves with complaints instead of starting, we drag a victimhood that makes us consider ourselves victims when it is not. Why don’t we start to flow with life?

Let’s stop rejecting everything negative that comes our way and start seeing it as a perfect opportunity to choose another direction. Sometimes we are so comfortable in our comfort zone that we lose perspective, we hate change! However, these are necessary.

Will you stop wanting to be in control?

Tight rope

When a difficulty addresses your existence, your whole world goes haywire. You like to have everything planned, that the days are routines, that nothing goes out of schedule.

However, when this happens because it is inevitable, you put your hands on your head and feel like you are on a tightrope. Uncertainty displeases you, changes not chosen by you you consider a disgrace.

Modifying our way of seeing situations is everything. Even the most negative has a positive part, you just have to know how to see it because it can be very subtle.

You will not be able to do it if you go the easy way, to complain, to deny and reject everything that comes your way. Flow with life, let yourself go and do not fear what may happen. When you least expect it, wonderful things will happen that you would never have expected.
